Regular track goer, and supercar owner Adam Hazell took his Audi R8 v10 to Anglesey at the weekend with The Supercar Driver club.
Having previously driven Blyton, Donington, Curborough and Millbrook Proving Grounds it was time to take the R8 to a new track to see how the v10 performed.
The day was in aid of Help For Heroes, a charity to help ex service men and women. Adam took part in giving passenger rides around the track.
”The R8 was amazing on track. The quattro system definitely helped on the day due to the damp conditions. Very composed and fast, but not as fast as the McLaren’s, Caterhams and Ariel Atoms on the day. The track is amazing, a great mixture of fast and slow corners make it a real challenge”.
